It is a huge bedroom with a nice high ceiling and 2 large windows. Wood floor, 2 closets. This is for one bedroom in a spacious apartment (other bedrooms are available as well). It's part of an older house that has been sectioned off into 4 apartments for student housing. Located off the corner of Clark and Division, just a few blocks away from campus and very close to downtown. It definitely has more of a house feel than apartment. There is a large living room and a dining room, as well as 4 other smaller bedrooms and a kitchen. One bathroom. 2 fridges. Room for your car. You would be sharing the apartment with a few other people, we aren't sure how many yet (no more than 5 people total). Rent would be $200/month ($600 for the summer), and this does not include utilities. The utilities are pretty cheap, especially split between multiple people.
